Our client is a large successful Property Company. Due to reorganisation they are seeking a field based Building Manager to be responsible for a number of prominent properties in the North West and Midlands. You will ideally have had experience of managing either a large multi-tenant office or shopping centre and be looking for career progession. Duties include security, tenant liason, landscaping, overseesing repairs contractors and Health and Safety matters.
