Major multi disciplinary practice seek to appoint a recently qulaified surveyor to join the existing Building Consultancy Team.Working on a wide range of instructions from a diverse client base, your duties will include contract administration;building surveys;dilapidation's;party wall matters;planned maintenance schedules and reinstatement - cost assessments. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiate and in a team environment.
