A succesful national firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking a Head of Rating for London office to runs an existing rating team. The role combines running an existing team and review and asses the knowledge,capabilities and training needs, as well as being hands on with strong technical ability to improve working policies and procedures. A MRICS qualified surveyor with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience within business rates and the appeal process. You will have outstanding organisational, negotiation skills and posses a tenacity that rarely sees you come second.The role offers excellent salary with company car and market leading bonus scheme.
