Based at the head office in Wigan, the principal responsibility will include the negotiations of rent reviews and lease renewals on prime high street and out of town stores,accross the UK.  In addition, the successful applicant would be expected to handle a broad range of estates management duties to include monitoring service charge, managing licenses for alterations and assist in acquisitions where necessary.  This is a senior level appointment to make major contribution to a small but successful property team.

 

Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years post qualified experience within a property management or landlord and tenant environment, preferably with  another retailer or property consultancy. You will already competent negotiator and have a commercial approach to business. A highly competitive remuneration package with usual plc benefits is available.
