Due to continued expansion they are seeking a ambitious and energetic Project Manager to assist the team in huge pipeline of office and industrial refurbishments as well new build industrial projects, for their their extensive commercial UK property portfolio.
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 2 years previous commercial projects, ideally hands on project management of office and industrial refurbishment, to include creating specifications, tendering and contract negotiations through to handover. Ideally degree qualified although not essential, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of increased responsibilities in the field of construction project management experience from either consultancy or contractor background looking to establishment themselves as an in house project manager with a energetic desire to work in a fast paced property company.
